Overview

Madison Powers is an Associate at Yankwitt LLP, where she works on a variety of civil and criminal litigation matters. She rejoined the firm after serving as a Summer Associate in 2023.

Madison graduated magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. As Editor-in-Chief of the Pace Law Review, she organized the symposium “Bioethics After Dobbs” in April 2024, bringing together thought leaders to discuss the implications of recent Supreme Court decisions.

Madison was selected for the prestigious Federal Judicial Honors Program, where she externed for the Honorable Judge Edgardo Ramos at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
In addition to her editorial and judicial work, Madison served as a Research Assistant to Professor Leslie Garfield Tenzer and was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar for her achievements in Contracts, Evidence, and Federal Income Taxation I.
