White Plains, NY (December 21, 2021) – In response to the drastic uptick in COVID cases as a result of the Delta and Omicron variants, White Plains, New York-based law firm Yankwitt LLP has announced its return to a fully remote work plan from its hybrid work schedule. The notice was distributed internally today to all attorneys and staff. Although Yankwitt LLP is open for business, the firm is delaying a return to the office full time to an undetermined date. The firm has also changed its vaccine policy to require a booster shot.
“The health and wellbeing of our attorneys, staff and clients are the priority,” shared Russell Yankwitt, managing partner. “We pivoted seamlessly in March of 2020, so changing course this time is even easier. While the situation is unfortunate, flexibility is key. As we have seen, things can change quickly with this virus so we hope this is only a temporary situation and can return to the office on a more regular basis sooner than later.”
