In a time when a limited number of cases are seeing the inside of a courtroom, Yankwitt LLP took two cases to trial in the last two weeks of 2021 on behalf of its client, Golden Nugget Atlantic City. Yankwitt LLP resolved both matters with extraordinary results — the first with a complete defense verdict in a jury trial in the Atlantic County Superior Court and the second with an arbitrator’s decision in favor of the casino and no money awarded to the plaintiff.
